Alison has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She has worked in a large corporate gym, training many clients 1-on-1, in addition to teaching fitness classes and doing group training (“bootcamps”). Now Alison focuses on 1-on-1 and partner training, because they help clients achieve their best results.

Personal Training

1-on-1 Personal training is customized to you and your fitness goals. In every session Alison will coach you on proper form and technique, adjusting exercises and weights as necessary to challenge you, and keep you safe as your performance improves.

Partner Training

Workout with a friend, spouse, family member for extra motivation with almost all the same benefits of 1-on-1 training. Partner training is a great way to have fun…and save money!

Adult Athletic Development

Strength and conditioning training to improve speed, agility, and stamina, all while staying injury and pain free. Be your best you next season! Can be done as 1-on-1 or partner training.

Certifications

Before training with anyone, be sure to find out their certifications. Unfortunately the fitness industry is not fully regulated, meaning there are individuals who claim to be “personal trainers” who have no formal training, education, or experience.

Alison has been fully certified by CanFit for 15 years, and maintains her certification with CanFit by taking Continuing Education Courses to improve and fulfill her thirst for knowledge.

In addition, Alison is certified as a Level 1 Nutrition Coach by Precision Nutrition, and all of her clients get the benefits of this included with their personal training. Other certification include DTS Lower Back and DTS Hypertrophy Fundamentals, among others!
